Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide to us. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to change based on current market conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law. Unpaid balances may be sent to collections.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. However, actual completion dates may vary due to weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our workmanship as outlined in your project contract. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by improper use, negligence, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We will assist you with warranty claims when applicable.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work site, obtaining necessary permissions from homeowners associations or landlords, and providing accurate property information. You must also ensure pets and children are kept away from active work areas for safety.

Liability and Indemnification

KWP Pueblo Concrete maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work to resolve any problems fairly and promptly.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the laws of the State of Colorado and the jurisdiction of courts in Pueblo County.
